Best moment in my 20 year gaming experience, hands down

sebby866 That moment was amazing and unforgettable. There are other great Metal Gear Solid moments that I'll share here one day (I've to replay them and need some time), but right now, can't wait to start playing MGSV:TPP next week. Thanks for watching and commenting.

I did not know Snake was going to return to Shadow Moses when I played the game. Upon arrival I was excited, but when the music started to play I dropped the controller and cried like a baby for a few minutes. There was a feeling never experienced in gaming, which changed my life that very moment. Only those who knew every corner of this place can understand. It was like visiting your old house, or your old school. A very emotional moment. Thank You for uploading this.

I've experienced a lot of emotions in games, but Metal Gear Solid 4 is the only one that ever made me cry. It's like the decaying state of Shadow Moses mirrors Snake's failing health and how it's almost the end for him
@jhock91715 жыл бұрын
I felt those same emotions. From any other series, it might've seemed little more than a concession to fans to revisit as iconic a stage as Shadow Moses, but in MGS4 it felt both a warranted inclusion and necessary to give proper closure to the MGS series whole. Kojima knew how much this mattered to us.

I like how it puts emphasis on the security camera and then it falls and brakes. An old broken camera just like snake old and broken

If this scene didn't make you cry, you aren't human. I've played through it over 30 times and it still brings tears to my eyes. The nostalgia, Snake's failing health, and the music just overwhelm me every time

Probably the best gaming moment ever. I managed to avoid the trailers and spoilers so going there was a total surprise. And damn but when that music started.... #Overwhelmed

Lucky you! I unfortunately knew that Shadow Moses was going to appear... but fortunately never expected this moment, the music, the flashbacks. One of the best gaming moments I can remember. Since those days, I'm even more cautious about spoilers, but isn't easy with all the social media. But being surprised by a game is amazing. Thanks for watching and commenting!

def will be watching this on my deathbed.....man Kojima did such a great job capturing that moment to feel old snake think about him when he was younger, faster, and stronger as opposed to what he's become in his old age i can sense how hard it might be for a person like snake to come to terms with the truth....love mgs hands down the best video game series of all time

I was born in 1998 when Metal Gear Solid first came out, I never played any of the games nor have I heard of it until when I was a teenager. The first Metal Gear game I have played was Metal Gear Rising though i wished I played the other ones. I then played Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker when I got the PsP and I really enjoyed the game and I wanted to learn more about the story about Big Boss, Solid Snake and other characters in the franchise. So I watched some KZbin videos about Metal Gear Solid and I listened to some of the songs from their soundtracks. I also played Metal Gear Solid 5 on the Ps4, but I never completed it not did I play it that much. I'm now 22 years old and I just started playing Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater on Xbox One. I feel pretty happy about it.
