For anyone wondering, the rules say that all the players have to be in their own halfs for kick off to occur, so those two plays shown in the video couldn't have been allowed. On another note, there was a loose interpretation of the rules in which, if all the outfield players are out of the play area (i.e. celebrating a goal), then that means they are not in their opponent's half, so a kick off would technically be valid. That's why you could sometimes see that all the players are celebrating the goal but there is one that remains in his own half. However, this is not an official rule.

As far as i know, if the goalkeeper goes in front of the offside line, the last player behind the line takes the role of the goalkeeper for the offside rule Pause at 6:19 and see the position of the goalkeeper and the last player behind.
