When you say FULL financing what do you mean exactly? Is it a case if they giving u the 7.5 that they say u qualify for but the home is 12mil are you saying NHT will give u ALL 12MIL to buy the home and u dont need to get the balance of 4.5Mil from the bank???

Nope that is not so ... they are gonna lend u the 7.5 mil and the Bank 4.5 mi

Houses issued by nht are fully financed by nht, they loan u the full money for the house you only pay a processing fee. Only if it is a but house.so if the house is 50 mil and it a nht house the loan u 50 mil. Otherwise if it’s not a nht house it’s just 7.5 mil.
