Not all Mexican candy is chile covered.. there’s pretty good other types of candies, chocolates, caramels etc. Cajeta is like a caramel or dulce de leche type & it’s delicious. Coconut candy is amazing, dulce de calabaza (candied pumpkin/candy made of pumpkin) or dulce de guayaba (candied guayaba/candy made of guayaba) are among my favs!!
