On a whim I bought those square-toed ballet flats from walmart you showed in black, but in a snakeskin look. They're super comfy, and I always receive compliments on them. I've paired them with black slacks and a wine colored sweater, plus several other outfits. It surprised me how comfortable and versatile and so cheap! I think mine were $11. True to size.
