Kinda irrelevant but... I really love this family, her kids are so sweet. She has the best supportive husband, she adopted 5 KIDS! And gladly took apon the challenge of raising 3 black kids in America. Like, she has a gorgeous big new home for her family, like... i swear she has the best life, she has healthy breakfasts, i wanna get my life together like she has when I'm older. Such an inspiration, she knew what she wanted and didn't stop until she got it! Love it, just, love it.

What I love the most about Chris (beside the wonderful family): 1) Her voice is real. She is not changing her voice when she speaks to viewers (like some others fake youtubers). 2) She is not pretending to eat: carbs free, vegan, tofu, an apple a day, or whatever trendy food. She is real.

Don't forget the sunscreen and moisturizer on neck, chest, and hands too! Trust me, once you hit 40 or so the age and sun damage will catch up on those areas real quick. Prevention is the best medicine!

Christy Gior Yes! Just remember that oils are for the most part sealants not moisturizers. So I’d suggest getting some mini twists for the girls eliyah and avaya so that every other day or so let the twists get wet in the shower, apply a little leave in conditioner and then a light sealant oil. That’s what I do during the summer because it’s just so dang hot and I don’t have time to wash my hair every two seconds because of sweat and product build up. Well I actually wash my mini twists like a normal wash day with shampoo and deep conditioner and everything so I can’t keep them in for at most two months. The take down is horrendous but worth it. I’ve seen you do some small twists on avaya’s hair but the way I do mine they’re wayyyy smaller so they last longer. Sorry for the long comment but I’m happy that you’re posting so much! Moving is stressful

You should try the "Supergoop" suncreen. It is a clear sunscreen, so it works very well with all skin tones especially darker skin tones and it doesn't give a white cast.

I love your necklace! I have the same one, my late husband and my son’s names are on mine. My son will be 22 at the end of this month and he is currently deployed in Kuwait! He has been gone since October. I’ve told him to wear sunscreen! He said it gets to around 130 degrees at the highest but normally around 120! I try not to complain when it’s hot here ( Pennsylvania and it’s been around 93 the past week) because I know what he’s going through! Congratulations again on your beautiful home!

Is it wierd to say i miss your old home?!😂😂. Also, if you are worried about getting wrinkles earlier, when moisturizing your face, brush your hands up, towards your eyebrows. Wrinkles hang down therefore if you do the downwards action you are inviting them to come!

I might be wrong but I think I saw you use the Neutrogena hyaluronic acid gel. You absolutely have to top hyaluronic acid with a moisturizer! Because it is a humectant, it pulls moisture into the skin, but when it doesnt have any to pull in, it actually ends up pulling moisture out of your skin!

Not super public knowledge, but I believe anything above SPF 60 really doesn’t provide much more protection than SPF 60 itself. Seems to be more of a marketing aspect to come out with crazy numbers like SPF80,90 or even 110 🤔
