I LOVE spending time with my husband and step daughter and friends but I also really LOVE the occasional day by myself like you had. I wouldn't want to go eat alone all the time but sometimes it's really really nice, and you can take your sweet time looking at all the things you want to buy but won't, and don't have to worry that anyone you're with is bored or anything like that. It's fantastic!

I don't have close friends, never had a girlfriend and not really close of my own family, so yeah i do everything alone, going out to the restaurant, going to the theaters watch a movies, everything and always alone, i just like doing my own things, relax and watch and observe everything and everyone around me in peace.

Love that shopping center! My mom was at Hillcrest hospital for a month and that was our go to place when we needed a break. I have been bad about taking me time since my mom got sick. It's hard sometimes to let yourself have a break without the guilt.

Aw, I love those rare “mommy free” moments! 😃 Glad you had some time off by yourself to recharge! With everything you do, you deserve it! 🤗 (And don’t feel bad, we have been spring cleaning here and doing minor maintenance work like repainting the baseboard trim downstairs and putting up some fresh coats of paint where needed, plus all the regular mom stuff like cooking and laundry and taxiing the kids to school etc) and our garage is just gonna have to wait a little longer too! My dad's truck, the wipers will sometimes not turn on. Its really bad when it happens during heavy down poor. We know the motor on the windshield wipers needs to be replace but we just haven't had time and we don't use it much anymore.

I love the city I live in, it's a little like Pasadena with the nice store fronts downtown. When my back doesn't hurt, I like to walk around and look in the stores. I go without the kids whenever I can, they are 11 and 16, so they can basically take care of themselves, for a couple hours.

In a former car I had a small wrench in the glove box to "fix" the wiper every time it got floppy. It was never really fixed but I could get home. (The threads were stripped because one time I accidentally turned on the wipers when they were frozen the windshield. I live in the sunbelt now.)

I'm also an introvert but an older mum (most of my kids have flown and I have 3 grandchildren with another one on the way). However, yeah, I remember escaping for a couple of hours to go out by myself especially after I got my driver's license. I was happier being on my own than with a bunch of other mums (saved me a lot of hassle). As for the toilet doors, I saw something similar in China (but less clean and bright).

I had to take my truck into the shop and it started raining. My truck did the same thing as the wipers. The dealership just tightened up a screw and I Haven't had an issue since. It's been 2 years now :D

I'm such an introvert and love being by myself, but I also have anxiety so it can be kind of hard for me to go out alone. Since I've had my dog, Penny, though it's been much easier and I've been much more comfortable being out alone, with or without her 😊

Great to see you Kristen, enjoyed you showing us around Tulsa, looks a lovely place :) I love going to cafes and shops alone. I also love walks by myself, as I love nature and taking photos of wildlife, and being on my own seems more relaxing :) When I was younger I used to own a mini, the tiny original ones lol. I would travel around the yorkshire countryside by myself, meeting interesting people as I travelled, and spent the night in my mini one day as it was cheaper than renting somewhere. I couldn't do that now, I'm too old and creaky lol. That icecream looks yummy by the way. Look forward to your next video :)

So glad you got some time to yourself. I went into a bathroom last month in Seattle, at their ferry dock. The bathroom stall doors go up to my shoulders and no further. I am only 5'5". It was really uncomfortable pulling up my pants and buttoning them up with some people staring at me like privacy wasn't something they learned. Also, you are so pretty. I love your hair. But now that there is streaming video, I'm not at the theater much anymore. lol To be honest, after working in a doctor's office all day, I'm drained and need the quiet once I get home. PS...
