This was our LAST gym day before we cancel our membership. Dad is going to try to make a gym in our garage. We’re allowed to drop the kids off for two hours, but it is SO hard to take 4 kids anywhere. Dad has found all of his equipment on Facebook market place. This week we’ll clean out our garage, maybe have a yard sale, and get this home gym READY!

So holding a bar across the waist can be tough, if you have an elastic band you put the leg of the bench through one handle and then the other handle on the other end (hope that makes sense). Then slide yourself down side of bench between bench and band. Not sure what kind of bands and strengths they have at the gym but may be an option

Die anderen Kinder der Familie sind auch niedlich, aber leider schon zu groß. Man sollte sie alle etwas ausgeglichener behandeln.

My workout suggestion for both of you for the mom don’t do weights do lots of running and jump squats or squats with weights for dad do 50 push ups in one set after warm up or do as much as he can in one set to failure right after push ups to failure immediately head over to bench press and do bench press to failure and end with squads to failure with weights in rest pause fashion only 2 sets to see best results people keep doing sets after sets after sets at gym for hours and hours it’s wrong only 2 sets to failure is enough and only 30 minute a week is more than enough workout for a human body and rest for 5 days no less than that and come back and this time try to exercise stronger than last time so you know it you did push little bit better than last time for the abs don’t really need too much exercise belly fat goes away itself it depends on genetics and diet and after you get stronger chest and thighs and abs after a month go with arm exercises pull-ups etc and for mom weight squads jump squads lots of running not jogging like running really fast in treadmills until can run anymore and track your progress just saying you don’t have to do what I said 😂
