You are doing such a great job with your kiddos! 💖 As for overstimulation, I implement quiet time. So while my younger 3 are napping, my older 2 are reading and working/playing quietly. Sometimes, I even have them do a chore or 2 but during that time I take a bubble bath, do my nails, and or read a book. Whatever I need to do to fill my cup. I'm not a mom that gets up before the kids so that's been helpful when it comes to having a little bit of time to myself.
