My therapist told me that when our brains are getting ready to sleep the same parts of the brain that are affected by alcohol function at a lower rate. Hence anxiety, overthinking etc etc often being something we think about at that time. Super annoying lol

Just finished watching Maid on Netflix. Such a good series that deals with domestic violence and mental health so well about a young mum and her daughter based on the book Maid by Stephanie Land

I would recommend watching Blink Twice- Channing Tatum and the whole cast are spectacular, trigger warning for SA but it is shot so well and worth a watch! Also all of the Beauty of Joseon products are gorgeous especially the Glow Serum :)

Just a heads up - ashwagandha makes you super fertile. I don’t know if it’s placebo, but I’ve heard a lot of testimonies from people who’ve had fertility issues taking ashwagandha and getting pregnant. makes me scared to take it tbh

that's a great idea I'll look into it :) when I was a teenager 14/15 I used to make all my beauty products at home (moisturiser, hair oil, perfume etc) and I found my "recipe book" in my mams house recently but its in with like diary entries??? so one page will be like "dear diary.. why doesn't anyone love me.." then a recipe for a hair mask ....

Hey Keelin, I think for the time stamps on the description box you write the first one as 0:00 then what you wanna call it Then on another line the start of the next one 0:20 and name it Let’s say. And so on, you start a like for each and it makes it, I think, I haven’t done chapters for a long time on videos🥲
