The flavor and the character of this MOMO KO ACHAR can be commonly found in numerous momo serving eateries around the Kathmandu valley.

Ingredients for MOMO ko Jhol Achar :
1 cup Soybean Seeds
1/3 cup White Sesame Seeds (Teel)
Normal OIl
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
3 Green Red Chili
2 tsp Garlic Ginger Paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
3 Medium Tomatoes
Salt to Taste
2 tsp Lemon Juice
