How eccentric is your steering wheel? Probably more than you think!
For anyone with a Momo or similar steering wheel this removes the blind spot at the top of the Rev counter when fitting a sports steering wheel :)

I've never heard of these before, great to know about it now though. BTW, it's a 7.5mm offset from CL on the factory wheel if you were getting 15mm difference between the top and bottom distance.

Good work Rob. This is exactly what I have done, but with a slightly different wheel to keep a good balance to the stalk reach. Here's the bad news for your OCD though, you haven't got the MOMO boss lined up correctly. It looks like it needs to be rotated 60 degrees clockwise. That's one steering wheel hole. If you look at the gator molding you will see it is symmetrical on the vertical plane but not even all the way around. If you look at 5.34 you can see the gator is wider on the left than the right. You will never be able to not see that now and so you had better get your tool kit out.

It is of course a little further away but not so much of a change - it's still at finger tips reach

Logically you should get the same result on any car relative to the ‘before’ and ‘after’ movement - hopefully that’s enough for you too?
