They shouldn't build hospital in state house, that doesn't make sense because general public will not able to access it. I think the best is to build the hospital outside the state house so that every Tom, Dick and Harry will able to access it.

Let china cancel this hospital help,IF the state house is not the right place to build a hospital.The state house activities cannot merch with the a hospital.
