The Seelie King is a fey lord. The Seelie and Unseelie Courts are the versions of dark and light fairies in Celtic mythology. The Seelie being the light and the Unseelie being the dark. Oberon and Titania would be the Seelie King and Queen in most interpretations. A Spriggin is a specific type of fairy which I believe are associated with the woods.

Currently horrified trying to decide on immersive scents for my Mörk Borg game. Also, if any folks are deeply and understandably intimidated by the sheer size and crunch of the big corporate OGL lineage games, I gotta give a big recommendation rules light indie games like Mörk Borg or Solar Blades & Cosmic Spells, or narrative games like the Powered by the Apocalypse family of games.

Maybe this is just my laziness talking but why not just play something like Final Fantasy 14, which the story is highly immersive in itself, but I guess if you really need that real world tactile feel, maybe it would not work for you, but just going on about how math makes your head explode when playing DnD just thought I'd suggest that:)

I did a haunt where I was actively setting up my scare area. I used essential oils in a diffuser(we were outside so it had to be pretty strong) and I used Spanish moss and Frankensence oils mixed. It smelled moist and uncomfortable, which is exactly what I wanted. At Twin Mask I'm going more into the story aspect instead of logi, and I'm looking forward to using smell for mods.

I love having physical representations of in-game things! I bought a series of special tokens for potions-- they're like clear plastic bottle shapes with a hole in the middle, and you can put a plastic "liquid" token into it to represent its contents. When you drink that potion, you just pop out the middle and then its an empty bottle! And different colors can represent different kinds of potions. They're adorable and very handy! I'll also use plastic "gems" of different colors to represent spell slots, or tokens to represent special resources or class abilities, etc.

Im not hating or anything: Its just crazy how many people struggle with the math of DnD. That's just something that would have never occurred to me. Your dice rolls are capt at around 40 but most of the time you mostly calculate numbers from 1 to 30 with simple addition and subtraction. Again i don't want to shame anyone or be offensive in some way. Its just wild how different your own perspective can be from others. I love talking and reading and talking about game design so this topic fascinates me. Its also a reminder to design your rules with accessibility in mind.
