And because of that Sasuke accelerated the evolution of Rinnegan and Naruto gained Orbs and Healing capabilities. After sealing Kaguya, both powers were given back to Hagoromo. Sasuke can still use his Rinnegan and Naruto can still access Tailed Beast powers. In Sasuke's case, a Rinnegan without a strong physical body like Senju or Uzumaki would very difficult to maintain thus draining. Kakashi used Susanoo without Hashirama Cells because Obito's chakra is Six Paths stolen from Madara and leftovers from when he was a Jinchuriki. The orbs are a one-time thing. Even Madara during his fight with Sasuke and Naruto, the orbs were reduced to one and he used it as a staff. After Naruto and Sasuke fight, their leftover Six Paths Chakra was depleted. TLDR - he became Kakashi in the show....he can still use Rinnegan powers but it cost so much.

Karma is so cool every time it shows up. It’s like the Super Saiyan 4 of the Naruto/Boruto franchise. Super Saiyan 4 brought back the roots of Saiyans with tails and Great Apes and combined that with Super Saiyan. The Karma seal is a combination of Naruto and Sasuke’s old powers in terms of concept. Karma is like the Curse Mark because of the look, but the function of it is like the Jinchuriki state when the Tailed Beast is in control, like Naruto before he got the KCM and befriended Kurama. Instead of being controlled by anger though, you’re completely possessed by an alien that’s very calm and collected but cold and ruthless at the same time.
