A new Board of IWMB is yet to be notified by Fed Govt under 2023 law. But surprisingly, the 1979 law is being referred throughout SC proceedings. The legal status of previous Board Members who are appearing before SC is also questionable. Unfortunately , no one is appraising the SC in this regard. Pz verify the same as well.
