I can definitely relate to what Monaleo was saying about patience and discipline. You have expectations for yourself and if you feel like it can't be achieved immediately, it's a huge letdown and makes you take your failure personally. The pessimism too, I don't put enough focus or care about thinking optimistically. I've never had a suicide attempt before but the presence of suicidal thoughts in my life is what made me click on this video, and I really know exactly what Monaleo was talking about. Now that she's a survivor, I hope I can learn from her full journey and get to the place she's in right now using her advice. Thank you, I've been playing Beating Down Yo Block for a MINUTE too :)

Dang I’m confused on why the interviewer seemed shady. Who asks a suicide survivor to go into great detail and down a timeline that’s too much. And then brought up how often she talks about it and that she hasn’t spoke about it in other interviews….. like wtf it’s like he was trying to accuse her of using suicide for clout or something and make her “prove” she was actually suicidal. Very weird I wouldn’t work with him again but she held it down classy and well ❤️
