I live in Trondheim now. My wife just sent me this video. I've been confused about what to wear to keep warm but now I know better 😊. Thank you for this! 🙏🏾

I'd recommend some high quality wool undergarments, for example Devold, it's very expensive, but it's high quality wool, and it lasts for many years. Always wool closest to your body, if it's really cold you can add a layer of fleece and then the "outfit" on top, but always proper wool closest to your skin :)

The video was insightful. Though it might be off topic however I would also recommend to choose right quality shoes which has a grip that can make it possible to walk even on wet - icy snow. The rough puffy snow are great and offer good friction to stabilize the shoe grip while walking, but when it rains or that snow becomes wet, it turns out to be very slippery. So, one either need to walk like a cat on hunt, or get a pair of shoes with good quality grip.

The "gloves" are called mittens. Several layers gives better insulation in the cold. If its windy dont forget a wind-breaker, without it doesnt matter how many layers u have on. Remember beanie and boots, then youre good to go. Myself i wear more or less the same in summer as in winter. Jeans, t-shirt, hoodie or sweatshirt, sneakers (or boots when lots of snow or very wet) beanie, mittens and a thick jacket. I sleep naked with the window ALLWAYS open and a duvet meant for summer season. :) Mucho nice! My friends think im mental for sleeping always with the window open but i need the fresh airflow.
