I was the driver of the Subie, we ran without tuning or upgrades, but I had the power bias set to 43/56, that doesn't fully eliminate understeer but it helps a lot. The rest comes down to brake timing, finding the perfect line, and handbrake turning on the tighter hairpins (especially on Keiko's single lane section). If I hadn't driven this course for 4000+ laps I'd never pull it off lol

@@ARiceBowlYTthey really should make a .5 system for the tiers. The e92 bmw isn’t tier 3 but isn’t tier 4, same for this civic. Along with countless other cars in other tiers. Tier 3.5s could have level 20 requirement. Could also lead to tier 4.5, where the gt700 and hellcat as such can be, along with some others. The civic is an insane car, good enough speed, ridiculous handling and great brakes. I don’t see it as a tier 3, even though it is in no way a tier 4. (I loved when it was a tier 4, cause silly little civic vs lamborghini worth 5 to 10 times the price)
