We have...
...so we grew our own butterflies!
Several years ago we started growing milkweed in our backyard so that we could learn about the monarch life cycle. Over the years we have grown hundreds of butterflies which are always safely released back in the nature.
This is a complete monarch butterfly metamorphosis. 🐛 ⇨ 🦋
(It's a great project for kids (and adults alike) and also a great homeschool project!)
