I am finding out that there is no such thing as to much mayo.

I have that mesh pan. Not only spray the bottom, put it on a sheet pan with a metal rack before baking. It won’t stick to the pan. I love the way buns come out fabulous. Chris Cooking Nashville’s recipe, Nili’s Next Level Butter Buns are both fabulous in that pan.

It was the 1st time I have used it. Thanks for the tip about the metal rack. I will have to get one. I need to try Chris Cooking Nashvilles recipe soon.

I hate you are in pain. I know how hard that has to be for you. I hope you feel better soon. On a happy note the buns did look amazing!!

Thank you. Most of the time the pain is tolerable. I mostly just frustrated as I can't do what I am used even at home at the moment. I am so happy with how the buns turned out. I'm going to make them again tomorrow and see if they turn out the same.

Thank you. I hope of feels better soon too. I'm planning to make the buns again today. Of the go well I will share the recipe. I keep my butter mayo in a Weck Jar for a sourdough starter. When I stopped making sourdough it became the perfect mayo jar 😊
