Bet the ladder on Rome. He's got the most unrealized receiving yds in the NFL, and the Minny D sets up well for him. He should catch 1-2 20+ yd passes. Kmet's lines should be higher. 3-25 is closer to a floor than a median. I wouldn't ladder down a bunch of plays; I'd combine a couple of overs or alt-overs on the Bears side and combine it with a MIN W.
