This was such an awesome video J P. I really enjoyed how the whole WWF vs WCW Wars started. I do remember Hulk Hogan turning heel and becoming Hollywood Hogan. Look forward to more of your future videos.

It was an interesting time to be sure. But there was something kind of sad, it was during the later part of 1997 when TNT set all it's live programming to real time EST for the west coast which meant Nitro started at 6 instead of 9. So anyone west of Colorado could watch the two hours of NItro, then at 9 switch it Raw. Then if you missed anything because of dinner you could watch the encore Nitro at 11. I think this tactic kind of backfired on WCW. Some of the biggest population centers are on the West Coast , San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Portland, Seattle, Las Vegas and thanks to Ted Turner these populations were able to watch both wrestling shows with no overlap.

Yes. I watched the first hour of RAW. Then I watched all of Nitro, then watched the second hour of RAW. I had Dish Network, so we picked up both East AND West programming. My Monday nights were literally 5 hours of wrestling.
