As a sitting senator, have you ever heard Monday Okpebholo speak, sponsor, or support a motion or bill in the Senate? Rufai to buy and sell computers is a different ball game to strategic management and leadership. The role of governance in this era in Nigeria goes beyond just waiting and receiving FAAC from Abuja and buying wheelbarrows to be distributed to citizens like we saw recently in Kano. It is more like what Alex Otti is doing in Abia state. Someone who can look beyond FAAC and creatively mobilize and harness the opportunities within his domain to drive growth and development. Asue Ighodalo is in the same mode as Alex Otti. Someone who has made a mark for himself on a personal level. Monday Okpebholo is being urged on, and his candidacy is being sponsored by the political hyenas in the state led by Adams Oshiomhole because they know he can be easily manipulated to do their bidding to have unrestrained access to the state's treasury.
