I'm sitting here in serious pain due to arthritis; I doubt she doesn't already have serious damage to her joints (and not just her knees, but her hips, feet and ankles, too,) and I just about guarantee she will in the future and it will hurt like heck if she continues to be so morbidly obese and to do high impact exercise with such poor form. On the other hand, she needs to be worried about her heart at the age she is right now. Women get heart attacks too.
