It's a very simple recipe - boil and mash potatoes, mix with chopped green chillies, onions and salt. Add pepper if you like. Toast the bread with butter, spread the potato mash over it, sprinkle chat masala (optional) and spread a little tomato ketchup. Cover with another slice of bread and voila!
