Can you upload a video and have people proof and review it within Monday platform?

Great webinar. Really useful. Curious how you are using this to organize projects that include dozens or hundreds of different creative assets? So you have multiple clients, each of them running multiple projects/campaigns, each of those project/campaigns requiring dozens of creative assets and coordination?

Glad this was helpful for ya! You can utilize the file column to store creative assets and the file view to see all of your creative assets in one place. Does this help?

Is it possible to create a unique board (sharable) only accessible by the client which he can track their requests? Then it is also mirrored to an internal team board where all the requests are dumped into

I noticed that at of all of the comments, the only one not responded to was "Can you upload a video and have people proof and review it within Monday platform?" - Does that mean you do not offer this feature, or the question just got passed over by accident? That is a feature that would be helpful with our team as well.

Hey Jeff - thanks for flagging it! Seems like our team missed this one! We do offer the ability to annotate videos, which you could use to proof and review videos. You can read about it here: support.monday.com/hc/en-us/articles/4411048904082-File-annotations

If you've made all the effort to create formulas to designate that the job is a 'digital' one, why can't an automation be made to automatically move the pulse/item to the 'digital' group once the job is assigned?
@mondaydotcom

You can! Try building your own "When person is assigned, then move item to group" 😉

How do you handle the unique project ID? You can't use item ID nor the auto number as the auto number changes constantly.

Hi Laura! I am interested if the Auto ID Column App might be better suited to your needs? When a new item is created, this will generate an auto-increment ID - preceded by this text and starting with this number (with the minimum number of digits) - in a Text column. You can learn more and test it out my searching for the App in the Apps Marketplace :)

This was super useful! I'm considering a move away from Asana for my creative agency. One thing I didn't see is how it would look if you added client names. Would you add another column of client names? Client contacts? Billing contacts, etc.?
@mondaydotcom

Multiple ways to you can accomplish this, but yes, you can absolutely add a column to add client names, or even have the task itself be your client name!

I like the video. Are any of those boards shown in the video, provided as a template?

Good question. While this template is not available, you can find similar ones in our template store in monday.com.

Hello how can I assign a team member to one project board only without them having them to see other boards
@mondaydotcom
@mondaydotcom 4 жыл бұрын
Yes! You can do this by creating a shareable or private board type. These board types have different access levels from the main board. That said, by setting up a shareable or private board, you can invite only those that need to see that board. As long as no boards on the account are main boards then this person won't see other boards. Alternatively, if this person is external to your team then you can invite them as a guest. As a guest, the user can only see the boards you invite them to. Hope that helps!

Great video, thanks! Very rich with the reasons why ‘use case’ for certain things. I wasn’t sure if due date and timeline would be duplicating but it came up and Kyle made it make sense for me :) Just would have been great to have heard the question portion at the end - is there somewhere we can access that?

Thanks for your feedback, Nya! So glad you enjoyed the content. We will reach out to our team to see if we can make that possible in the future. If we can also provide you with the question portion, we will reply back here with a link! It is because of suggestions and feedback like this that we strive to improve everyday. 🙏 🙌
