Hi, how do you get the vent to open fully ? when mine is open its not open very much when closing vent it will pop up further then close. dose this also reset he sun blind ?

how do you get the vent to open fully ? when i press the vent button the vent will open but dose not open that much but when i close the vent opens further then drops down to close
