Mondeo tdci, coil light flashing on start-up?
May not work for you but does on some.

Did driving with a disengaged turbo actuator arm cause any problems with the engine? In other words if the turbo intake is fixed and can't vary can it cause new issues with the engine.

Not sure long term. Had the car another 8 months with no issues and about 5000 miles.

I have the coil light on when flooring it in 3rd and ever gear higher. Done this no light but power is down. if I move the actuator arm to around 50% drilled an extra hole for testing so now flooring it comes back with the light even though the electric box is disconnected like yours. Any idea what I can try next ?

No, Sorry. can be anything from injectors to pressure sensor on fuel pump or rail. thats why so many give up on them, just have to flick key on/off lol

Its your injectors..take em out an have them cleaned

Hi Anthony I have problem with Ford Mondeo 2005, 2.0 tdci 96kw The car in the last couple months was turning off, I changed fuel filter and since then that stopped. But now Mondeo is running like it has 70 hp instead 130hp Very low power. And the engine light is on now in last couple days. I did 1500km in last 6 weeks and all is good except it on low power, acceleration is baaad. Is it injectors or turbo? Tnx in advance for advice
