I’ve watched so many of your videos, but this one at the end made me cry. Sounds so weird but I’ve lived with debilitating pain from knots all over that I’ve never found actual relief from. The headaches that come from it are horrible. Oddly seeing her relief made me empathize with her in such an emotional way! I’ve messaged on IG because I’d love to get into your office. I have chronic pain in my neck and shoulders from a genetic condition. I can definitely believe she’s used her heating pad enough/to the extent it had burned her. Sometimes the only way you get relief from the pain is to cause a different pain, and it takes a while to realise what you’re doing.

Thank you for your amazing video!!! I have recently been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, and have lived with chronic back pain for years. So many treatments I’ve heard of hinge on the idea of reprocessing and learning to live with your pain, and while I know that’s a science backed approach, it feels dismissive and like I’ve given up on feeling relief. It was so lovely to see a woman with similar issues as me being listened to and treated so thoroughly. I was happy to see that you didn’t hold back with your pressure and focused on cleaning out all the knots and gunk you could. It gave me hope that there are people who would take the time to work through that whole tight mess and actually help me feel better, not just accept what I have to deal with. If I weren’t a broke college kid I’d be flying out to Florida 😅

Go see a specialist. I have a client that has fibromyalgia and she gets worked on by her physio . It brings her great relief. She gets very stiff in her upper back and neck and gets constant headaches.

So,I have studied & practiced massage therapy for over 15 yr. My ex-husband is also a chiropractor. This is incredible! Soft tissue manipulation is KEY 🔑 to actually getting to the root of these ailments. I am watching 👀. I am thrilled... especially when Dr M. Puts her entire body into her work. I have been in TX. I related to this woman so much! I have fibro, muscle knots, tried the shots and nothing worked. I, also, over used heating pads & burned myself to try to help wiyj the pain. atlas corrections are the best. ive had my first one done when i was 15, cause i suffered from bad posture, inward facing feet (like a v) after i had a neck injury when i was like 3 or something. since then i got so athletic but i gotta get a correction like every 2-3 years. its a relief every time tho
