it says give a dandelion to grace a points me to talk with her but all she says is one line and thats it

u must have a dandelion seeds first, u can get it outside the monstads gate. use chara with anemo type (venti, sucrose) and use their element skill to get the seeds

Hey I just figured this out. But basically you need to have ar 35 :) and make sure to set the time at 8:00am so you see the person

Probably. I can't trigger the quest, no matter what :( Edit: You need to reach AR36 and finish Venti's side story quest.
