So interesting. I wish this drug were available here in the US. My dog was diagnosed with lymphoma in July 2021. We stopped chemotherapy in 2022, several months ago, and he is still doing well.

Hi Anna! This dewormer is not approved for use in the USA, but if people are near the TX location for the trials, they could use it under the trial guidelines ... however, this trial is only for naive lymphoma, meaning lymphoma that has not been treated with chemo already. That said, we're so glad your dog is doing so well -- as Dr. Agnew said, CHOP is still very much the gold standard, and monepantel will be an adjunct or a choice for those who cannot do chemo (for whatever reason).
