From the professional dashboard, go to “your tools” and you’ll see “ads in profile feed”. From here you can turn it off!

Try updating the app and if it still doesn’t work, I would contact support about the issue! Also make sure all of your tax information is correct when setting it up!

If it does not show under the tools options available, you may not have that option (I don’t have gifts available) but you might be able to submit a report or feedback to Instagram and they can help!

Under tools, you should see Ads in Profile Feed and there you can change the settings to monetize ads!

@@magnoliamegan yeah they actually don't do anything I couldn't do on tiktok or youtube 😏 but I focused 100% on IG as an experiment, and set to hit 450k in 1 year. Of course I have other monetization workarounds, but to do that I drive traffic away from IG.... that's not optimal for me or IG
