Money Back: Get Reimbursed for Lost and Damaged Inventory

Hi! I have subscribed to SellerBoard but the Report for Lost and Damaged does not have the date when that happened. On the request, I have to provide the date and order number for reimbursement that I don't have on the Report. Very disappointed.
