Hey Lesa….always happy to hear from you! Jerri here….lol you’re right! I got right in there with the ladies going on and on about finding money 💰!! Tim said the same thing…we were like hens on a fence yak yak yak!! I love meeting new people almost too much! I never meet a stranger…we did find a bunch of great holiday things to sell and to keep. Friday’s video shows Tim’s Mom and stepdad out with us going to yardsales…just in time for Mother’s Day weekend! I lost my Mom 2 1/2 years ago unfortunately. Great video! Do you list holiday items (Christmas, Halloween, etc.) all year long or just closer to the holiday it self? Also, being a fellow Tennessean, I see that you passed over the UT stuff, does it not sell well? I am a new part-time reseller as of January 2024 and I would have thought that UT stuff, like the tote bags at that one garage sale, would sell well? Thanks!

Hi there it sells better close to the holidays but we sale all year long it takes little longer but it does sale for us. We don’t normally give that much for it but she threw everything in as a bundle so we can still make good money. The Tennessee stuff we love but it really doesn’t sale fast for us but it really just according what it is but hats and shirts don’t seem to sale. But bags and totes do sale. Thanks so much for watching we really appreciate it. And Remember what sales for us may not for others we are so different we as long as we double our money we are fine we want to get it cheap as we can like most but we don’t have to have the big return on investment like most we are retired and do it mostly because we love what we do but we do like making money lol

I found 3 -50.00 bills in an item I bought at an estate sale. I didn’t discover it until weeks after the sale. I went back to give them the money but the house was empty and nobody lived there.

Well that’s awesome we have found them for 5 dollars also it’s a great deal. Everyone is different on what they will pay and how much they have to make on each item and we respect that it’s just we do things some different it’s not for everyone for sure but we will take double our money and like I said we got some of it for ourselves so we will pay up for stuff we want. But yes I agree she was high but we didn’t show everything we got in the deal. They will raise the price if they know your a picker it’s happen lots times

Hi there if you mean for all the stuff we got everything we had in our pile not just the Santa’s and miss Santa’s some we figured everything up we will triple our money counting it all but we know some people won’t pay up for stuff unless they make big money but that’s just not us we don’t have to make a killing all the time we just enjoy how we do it double our money is good for us and some things we keep for outside but we do understand it’s not for everyone.
