Thanks bro these christianity turned me into a mentally that i wasn't working because the pastors teaches us that if you're not working you will receive miracles from God as you not working they're still taking offerings, tithes, making themselves rich saving the church money in abroad buying properties enriching themselves but telling The church poverty is from God pastors are making us poor.

I've been dumbing down for a long time. All in the name of fitting in. Since I was a kid, I never felt like I fitted in. No matter how much I tried, I always felt unsettled. But people didn't know that. They thought I was an introvert because I said less. But they didn't know that I said less and received more. It was in those moments when I realized that I belong and deserve better. But so much of that, you end up believing that this is your life and you have to accept it. It's only recently when I realized that maybe God was testing me. To say, if you know you don't belong her, do something about it. I was able to keep you safe out of harms sight even in the most feared neibourhoods, so what makes you think I won't keep you safe when you go for what you believe is yours? And all of that was for me to realize.
@Yaruandromedano19986 ай бұрын
I resonated with your comment a lot. I’ve dumbed myself down a majority of my youth to be appear as “cool” to my peers and it didn’t get me anywhere. I never felt I belonged in anywhere in particular and I’m still now figuring myself out in this physical realm trying to find my place in it. You will find your way because you yourself realized that less is more. The more you give yourself to others the less you have sometimes and the less you give the more you receive it’s an interesting law of the cosmos they don’t teach us in school but certain kids have that ability already yet they don’t know how to harness it.
@Surnameis3Syllables3 ай бұрын
I too relate to you comments. I also dumbed myself down to "fit in" with people that didn't really value or respect me. I think a lot of us of African origin brought up in Western society do this to fit in with Western culture, although Western culture was not really built for us. That's maybe why (like myself) you felt unsettled.

Letter from King Leopold II of Belgium to Colonial Missionaries, 1883 ....' Your knowledge of the gospel will allow you to find texts ordering, and encouraging your followers to love poverty, like “Happier are the poor because they will inherit the heaven” and, “It's very difficult for the rich to enter the kingdom of God.” You have to detach from them and make them disrespect everything which gives courage to affront us'...
