Money Laundering Case: Delhi High Court Judge Denies Bail To Manish Sisodia | Dr. Manish Kumar

Delhi high court dismissed Manish Sisodia’s bail pleas, saying the prosecution has made out a “prima facie case” of money laundering against the former deputy CM in the excise policy case. It can’t be ruled out that Sisodia, if released on bail, may influence witnesses and tamper with evidence as he is “an influential person in the power corridors of Delhi govt”, the court added.

By settings only. Nhi toh night mein Court nhi khulate. If I will do some kind of crime will court will open at night to give me bail, nhi because law is provided to VIPs unconditional way not to me, if I. Law is mostly misused for VIPs to give them free movement but it misused for layman to keep them in custody. Law might be have some black spot.
