Really interesting conversation. One small feedback though. Prateek if you're reading this, you're doing a fantastic job, but you could improve on listening. Sit with a pen and paper and note down the thoughts that spark in your mind in the moment and ask them once the guest is done with the answer. Sometimes the interruptions break the flow of the conversation.
