Great video. Question should you have reduced the food tracker by the $10 in fives you took out and put in your $5 saving jar?

Love the jar. Had to order it😀❤

When you pulled the two fives from your food envelope, would you normally deduct those from the tracker in the envelope as well as the budget book?
@Boringcountrylife3 ай бұрын
I do both. It gets labeled as going to savings challenge, not food.

I love your videos and can’t wait to get into budgeting. I ordered the budget by paycheck work book and the highlighters, but the highlighters were missing from my order. I emailed on Thursday but no one has got back to me x

I have a question!!! Can we do the $5 savings challenge if we are cashless spenders? 🤔🤔
@arambladen30873 ай бұрын
@@Muzicteachersop I am confused!! Are you asking her or replying to me? because if you're trying to ask her, could you make your own comment, please?

You can tweak all savings to cashless and transfer savings into a separate account. Example: Pretend you give $40 cash for a $33 item. You could imagine that you'd get back a $5 bill and 2 $1 bills. You could then transfer $5 into your savings. OR For every transaction you swipe your debit card, transfer $5 automatically. 😊😊😊
@arambladen30873 ай бұрын
@@michellemorales401 So treat every transaction as a whole bill and calculate what I get back as if it were cash, right? 🤔☺

We are also cashless spenders, and I had the same question. Would it work if every time the ones place hit the number 5, you pull $5.00 and transfer to savings? For instance, the grocery "envelope" is currently at 365.00, we would pull 5.00 as if we had a $5.00 bill. I guess we could get creative. I'd love to know Miko's take on this as well.
