E.coli midas touch is literally so busted of a combo. It turns enemies into golden poops, I was lucky enough to get them with Taurus on a tainted keeper run. Even with restock, I could hardly spend all the money

Hey Matt if you never realized broken dice is one of the most broken trinket/item in the game, with iv bag/blood donation machine and enough red hearts you can easily break the game, because iv bag gives you money, broken dice has D20 effects and turns them into red hearts and chest, which replenish your hp and gives you items, which you can roll using broken dice and iv bag, which means it gives you items in any room you want, and it is even more effective with PhD, old bandage, piggy bank, gimpy etc...
