Why this family shifted from Mumbai to a Tier 2 city like Nashik?
The tenant in this episode says his apartment is well-ventilated and that there is no air-conditioner needed.
From the commercial capital of India to the wine capital of the country -- what were the key factors behind this shift?
Watch the whole episode to find out!

This a new normal. Shift has already started. I'm seeing Mumbai real estate market to be stagnant in decades to come (especially South Mumbai)

remote work will change everything. wealth will be created in tier 2 and tier 3 cities as well. bhopal / vadodara / jaipur / nashik are excellent places to live even if you make 50k rs a month.

I think for Nashik this rentals are really higher. You can get equally good ones from Rs.8000 to Rs.12000

Flat buying concept for living is one of the worst idea. Buy just to give it on rent. Always buy land and build your own home. Don't think as their will be no land or land congestion will increase because you are not producing more than 2 kids and your kid will not produce more than 1.

Buy a land and forget that your money will ever return for 50 years!!...One of the worst decisions a person can make is to buy a land!!

pretty cool , good and bold decision and quite sensible to move down to Nashik.. quality of life is at its best in Nashik compare to the hot dome of mumbai..

So for the top floor getting very hot in summer, install Cement Tiles/slides (cement Patra) over roofs then there will no problem of heating in summer.

Jobs irrespective of any sector are negligible in Nasik. Also, there are connectivity issues for most of the people in Nasik, whether within city limits or outside city limits. Nasik has always been a favorite for a second home or an investment option for Mumbaikars. The project Ashok Astoria is one of the very few Residential Townships that have came up. And some of these few might end up like Noida Twin Towers one day.

Citylight Nashik will give much cleaner and better weather lot less traffic no overcrowding and good education with one third the price of Mumbai and the best part is that it is just 3 hours from Mumbai so you can easily make a same day trip or a couple of days trip to Mumbai whenever you want

This city is clean, no overcrowding. But mostly it is clean. No dumps and muck and sewage water here n there. A city with the same scenery after 5 kms i.e clean. Mumbai is eeewwwwwww. Makes people vomit there. Ganda hai Mumbai.
