First Zero tax for LTCG in MF. Then 10 % and now 12.5% . In future they will increase up to 30 % in taxes for MF. So middle and lower class people avoid and close MF immediately due to high tax and low returns. Gold and real estate is best investment in india.

Every year so manu MOU gets signed for Maharastra but other states steal those projects from Maharashtra by using political power. So nothing new .. soon some of these companies will shift to gujrat.
