Hi. I am learning. How can the increased Interest rate, will increase Foreign Capital ? Is it dividend that Foreign investors are aiming ? Because it doesnt make sense from consumer perspective.

what i think is that if a country offers a higher interest rate people would be more interested in putting their money in that country cuz then they will get a higher rate of return on their investment.I don't think they get dividends on that.When we say that raising or reducing interest rates attracts foreign capital, we are generally referring to the impact on government bonds and other fixed-income securities issued by the country's government or corporations. These bonds and securities are debt instruments that promise regular interest payments to investors in return for borrowing their money.

Foreign capital because people who lend money start lending it in that currency with the highest interest rate so they can make more profit on the internet they get back, that’s how foreign capital increases

So its because of country couldnt use their head, borrow money, using another currency for trading, etc. Why they need that, all they need is cooperation between province.. independence of need for other currency because the land is vast and ecosystem are maintained by itself/god if the people understand it
