Thk you so much for this lovely video....I am ncd holder in dhfl....and lost my money....after that now stuck in srei and rhfl insolvency......such a bad luck ....decided to invest first time in ncd ...and all wrong selection...can u help the retail investor....to get there full money back....with so much bankruptcy happening where is laymen suppose to.invest...... I think this people become rich, by doing unethical moves which laymen does not understand....and then they claim to be smart.... Just cannot understand how can they digest such money.......karma will note this.....they will have to pay

If Piramal cannot extract any amount from wholesale portfolio of DHFL, then government should step in like IL&FS. Piramal's action shows their intent.

Yes! And in the similar lines I want to add, is: NCLT and RBI is of no help to retail investors. The claim is, that all legal proceedings are done as per IBC terms & conditions. Well! I say It is time to change the terms & conditions of IBC. 👈🏼 And RBI should now stop all NBFCs from accepting deposits and issuing NCDs. Because in case of default, even the government body like RBI is not doing the right thing. And a retail depositor cannot just go to court and fight. Then it would be so much better to ban, the deposit taking itself by NBFCs! 👈🏼 And further, what good is credit rating agencies doing! Good for nothing! They earned their bucks, by rating good. And nobody's catching their collar. Where's the accountability? They are liable too, to repay. 👈🏼

I have one caveat ie if Rs Thirty eight thousand is recoverable and is a liquid cash then why DHFL was dragged to NCLT? To me all 'Bankers remove umbrella when it rains'.Bankers did not trust defaulted recoveries.Therefore this goes in kitty of new promoter though new promoters may also take loans to buy defaulted company..
