Usually, the month of December witnesses a small fall in the Index, as compared to November. The decrease will be in the range of 0.20 to 0.30 (in the 2016 Series). If we are lucky, the Index for December will stay at the same level or show a marginal increase.

Price Index calculation is manipulated to deprive of the Bank staffs and pensioners from payment of actual DA amount .It is Very sorrowful matter.
