खेद है स्पेशियल अलाउन्स को भूला कर उन लाखो पैन्सनर्स को जिनकी 1/11/2012 से10th BPS से पैन्सन निर्धारण ही अधूरा है क्योकि पैन्सन वेतन जो आखरी 10माह के कुल वेतन के औसतन अनुसार होता है उसमे स्पेशियल अलाउन्स एवं उस पर प्रप्त अन्य लाभ को सम्मिलित नहीं किया गया जबकि कार्यरत के समय ये दोनो लाभ (स्पेशियल अलाउन्स तथा उस पर अन्य लाभ ) मिलते रहे । अतः कार्यरत स्टाफ के लिए वेतन व पैन्सन निर्धारण के समय वेतन दो तरह के अलग अलग मानकर निर्णय न्यायिक नही ? स्पेशियल अलाउन्स व इसके अन्य लाभ सहित पैन्सन निर्धारण करने के बाद इसका अपडेशन अथवा पैन्सन रिविजन ही न्याय है वरना अधुरे पैन्सन निर्धारण और उसी पर पैन्सन रिविजन या अपडेशसन 10th BPS से संबन्धित पैन्सनर्स हेतु न्याय नही ।

Sir, I retired on 31/05/2001 and my Basic Pension is 6,317. Presently I am getting a total Pension of 38,365 inclusive of ex-gratia. If I calculate my pension as per the data given by you, my Basic Pension will be 53,449 and DA 9,193 which means Total Pension will be 62,642. It is 24,277 excess from my existing Pension. Do you think it is possible? This is nothing but a mathematical calculation and is ABSURD.

A lot of talks was made between IBA authority and employees representatives but no fruitful result is being noticed till now.IBA authority has no any intention to update the pension for Bank retirees.Even they are not eager to for pension revision for Bank retirees..Making some cock and bull story they are trying to befuddle the common guliable pensioners as a conman.
