Now In chennai, even if you earn 1 lakh/year , land cost would be 60 lakh. If if you are saving 50% of 1 lakh/ Month, it will take 10-15 years to buy a land with adjusted inflation. Apo 1 lakh per year earn panavanga really rich people. Ipo 1 lakh earn panravanga rich ila.

I have been watching this channel for the past 6 years, and I created a demat account with them in 2022. I have all the stocks in my portfolio as suggested by this channel. My overall return after 3 years is close to the Nifty index return (CAGR of 12-13%). The problem with the Money Pechu (Aionion) portfolio is the stock weightage distribution. I have a few stocks like Muthoot Finance, and Natco Pharma with around 100% returns, while stocks like PGInvIT, IDFC, and TMB have around 20% negative returns. Negative stocks give more time to accumulate than positive stocks. Since the portfolio weightage is not evenly distributed, negative stocks hold larger percentages than positive stocks, which is affecting the overall returns.

The books says that many stocks in pharma, tech, commodities (Steel) and banking are cyclical in nature and the best time to acquire them is during the negative cycle. So, the recommendation is correct. But the problem with selectivity of stocks is 4/10 stocks may fail and remaining 6 will overcome the negative or average return. So, it is important to understand when and why you bought the stock and accept failure of certain stocks and have discipline to wait for the correct time. The above are the words from the book, not my own. Only one thing which we might not follow what sir says is always invest money you don't need for at least (not maximum) the next 5 years and know the reason why you bought the stock. What we might differ from sir is exiting the stock when good profit (after tax and buying charge reduction) is made as what we expected while purchasing the stock. Kind request to read the book, it has all the recommendations which has been telling for all these years.

Any stock will come to attractive value range provided you have patience to wait for it to come to your desired level. I would suggest to go to any stock which you wanted to accumulate at reasonable valuation and check its historical price chart. It would have given the opportunity to enter. He only told that personal income tax is higher than corporate tax many times. Though he is in congress, he should not oppose always. This budget has reduced personal tax. This is good for people. So going by the logic only about 2% of the salaried earn over and above Rs.100,00 per month. Reducing the tax burden is welcoming. However direct taxes is payable only if there is an income. But GST affects everyone on individual level irrespective of age, gender and economic status 😂
