Dear Sir, I have 2 questions: 1. NATCO pharma has promoter holdings of 48.8% as at sept'22. I understand from your previous interviews that one of the things to watch out for in a Company before investing is to check if the promoter holdings is more than 50%. Would like to understand if this changed anything while you considered this stock. 2. I think YES bank AT1 bond got a rating of A from CRISIL (pls do correct me if im wrong). And the bank was not in a position to repay it and wrote it off. In tbis case, how can we invest in a bond believing the ratings given by these agencies.
