1. Its better to book loss in a bad stock decision than wait for it improve because when a share falls 50% for it reach the original level it should rise 100%. 2. Buy in falling market sell on rising market. Is my logic correct? Anybody can advise.

Trading just transferred money from informed to not informed. Thats why traders get nervous with violent move. Investors never bother about market value, but only about the actual/value which doesn't change over night. So the nervousness is much less. Never speculate.
