I am thinking, comparing NPA in public sector banks with the high interest loan from micro finance companies is not suitable one for Manppuram situation. Though Anand sir asking to consider Manappuram , if they violate the RBI rules with higher interest rate on micro finance loans , then this is wrong only right? It is not only Manppuram it is common for all micro finance.If other scenario is wrong then we have to accept the fact that micro finance also did the wrong thing with high interest rate on the people who are not able to get money from banking sector. Depends on your guts: a) If you feel nervous, sell now (you will get roughtly 30 per share as profit) and if you want buy when it further corrects (has a chance to go to 120) and hold long - for 10 years b) If you think you are okay to see price go down further, then if you want, buy some more at lower prices and wait for 10 years (minimum 5+) so that you can see apprecialble profits. This is what sir says. However you need to read about the company and decide. Do not follow you tube adviosors - even if they are famous.
